Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DoorBrief platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RGCO Services Inc. (“RGCO”), operating as DoorBrief. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

DoorBrief is a product of RGCO Services Inc. (“RGCO” or “Company”).

2. Description of Service

DoorBrief is a software-as-a-service platform that analyzes property management owner packets and generates professional email summaries with verified financial data and property insights. The Service uses artificial intelligence to process uploaded documents and produce structured reports and communications for property owners and property managers.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify DoorBrief immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. DoorBrief reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that violate these Terms.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; (b) use the Service to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Service; (d) use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party; or (e) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without prior written consent from DoorBrief.

6. User Content and Data

You retain all ownership rights to the documents, data, and content you upload to the Service (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant DoorBrief a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and share the User Content with the Service.

7. Payments and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing cycle you select. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law. DoorBrief reserves the right to change its pricing upon 30 days’ prior notice. Per-unit fees are calculated based on the total number of rental units across all properties in your portfolio.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. DoorBrief does not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

9. Free Trial

DoorBrief offers a 7-day free trial for new accounts. The trial provides access to Base plan features and is limited to one (1) owner account. No credit card is required to start a trial. The trial period begins at the time of account creation and expires automatically after seven (7) calendar days. After the trial period ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue accessing the Service. Your data will be retained for thirty (30) days after trial expiration, after which it may be permanently deleted. DoorBrief reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and all other content created by DoorBrief, is the exclusive property of RGCO Services Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of RGCO Services Inc.’s intellectual property to you.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DoorBrief does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Although DoorBrief uses verification processes to ensure the accuracy of generated financial summaries, you acknowledge that AI-generated content should be reviewed before use and that DoorBrief does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any output.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DoorBrief and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. DoorBrief’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to DoorBrief in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DoorBrief and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. DoorBrief may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. DoorBrief may retain your data for a reasonable period in accordance with our Privacy Policy, after which it will be permanently deleted.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.

16. Changes to These Terms

DoorBrief reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
